With minimum human intervention, our custom-designed Fabric Analyzer:

  • Captures the full force extension curve of the fabric sample
  • Translates the data into human-readable parameters including mass, thickness, bend, stretch, linearity and shear
  • Automatically creates a digital fabric ready to be draped in Vstitcher and turned into a 3D garment that you can see for yourself!

The Fabric Analyzer is part of our Open Platform ecosystem. You can use it to analyze any fabric, for any application including footwear and bags. We’re pleased to announce the release of VStitcher 7.6 and Lotta 3.6.  In addition to the very exciting addition of SmartDesign, there are new features and improvements in this release that we would like to share with you.

The Browzwear Team is excited to announce that VF Jeanswear has been named a 2017 Top Innovator by Apparel Magazine. The annual awards are given out by the magazine to companies that harness “the power of technology to improve their businesses and serve the consumer.” We nominated VF Jeanswear for their commitment to advancement demonstrated by their use of Browzwear’s Vstitcher and Lotta 3D to transform their pattern making and product development.

According to the report, “While adopting Browzwear has changed how the Jeanswear’s mass women’s group approaches fit and pattern development, individual pattern makers use the software to varying degrees. More than 30 pattern makers have been trained in Vstitcher for fit development and approximately 25 percent of us use it for 100 percent of pattern development.”

VF Jeanswear has established a program in cooperation with the nearby University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG), Department of Consumer, Apparel, and Retail Studies to recruit interns and graduates and train them in Browzwear software.
