We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. The challenge you will tackle is to discover and recruit talented people in a specialist field, build a strong employment brand, and ensure great relationships with candidates and employees.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creatively and pro-actively source top-notch candidates via multiple channels
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline
  • Hands-on involvement with all aspects of the complete recruiting process
  • Partner with recruiting managers to ensure smooth onboarding of recruits
  • Ensure great candidate experience


Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in talent attraction and leading end-to-end recruitment processes at a high-tech company
  • Knowledge of technical recruitment jargon and skillsets
  • Ability to utilize social media and other candidate platforms 
  • Ability to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to partner with all recruitment stakeholders 

 

Advantages

  • Experience in using diagnostic tools such as face-to-face interviews, phone interviews, reference checks, etc.
  • Experience working with Comeet ATS.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or other relevant field.
