As our 3D Apparel Development Specialist, you will support our clients in their implementation of Browzwear’s suite of 3D tools. You will master our software programs and the application of those tools to the fashion industry’s processes and workflows. You will travel to train our clients on the use of the software and also to provide insight on improving existing process and benefits of implementing a holistic 3D workflow. Outside of training, you will collaborate with your teammates to assist our clients with questions and support issues online. You will use your 3D garment creation expertise to build original styles, client garments, and asset libraries for presentations, marketing visuals, conferences and trade shows. Finally, you will provide valuable feedback to our development team to continue the progress of our software.

Areas of Focus Include

  • Software support – conduct onsite training, answer support questions, create tutorial documentation
  • Marketing support – create 3D garments, create 3D libraries, communicate new features + functions
  • Client engagement – assist with Demos and Discoveries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technical Design, 3D Graphics or related field
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Advanced skill in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office
  • A passionate drive towards customer satisfaction
  • Strong ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Mobility for domestic and international travel
  • Job Location: greater NYC area, must be able to commute into the city

Advantages

  • Experience with 2D apparel pattern making software
  • Experience with 3D CAD software or 3D modeling software
  • 2-4 years of experience in the fashion industry with solid understanding of product creation process
  • Written and spoken proficiency in a 2nd language
