WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an Apparel Tech Developer 2 to join our team. This person will be the ultimate teammate with exceptional communication skills, a positive personality, and willingness to adapt to change. The candidate needs to have product creation experience with knowledge of apparel development and passion for the craft of apparel development work. In addition, you will be creative in product development by providing feasible options and ideas to commercialize styles. The ideal candidate will be excited to learn new apparel creation software systems, have pattern experience and adapt to new development process.

This role is available in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Bangladesh.


We are looking for a creative 3D Apparel Product Developer responsible for managing the product development and execution of 3D technologies from conception to launch. The person will engineer fashion trends and business opportunities under the product lifecycle to develop the women’s and men’s apparel line collections.

The Team

These 4 teams work together in an informal setting to create superbly styled and high-end quality products for the European consumer base. Tommy Hilfiger Womenswear presents 4 collections per year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter).

The Position
As a Woven Designer working in the Womenswear Division, you will be part of the Design team creating and executing seasonal collections for the product category “Constructed/Casual wovens. Focusing on jackets, bottoms, suiting, constructed dresses and casual woven product. You will work closely with the wovens design team, the developers from the development team, the merchandise team, and the  Snr Design Manager and Design Director for the planning and development of each seasonal collection. You will also design and execute seasonal range plans for review by the Design Director and Creative Director.
