  • Work directly with the Resonance Creative Directors on our growing portfolio of brands
  • Manage new style creations from a variety of brands in varying product categories
  • Be a contributor to our product development workflow by following new products from conception to production
  • Manage brand input and feedback to ensure finished garments that reflect design intent
  • Enable the success of our brands and drive towards unlimited creation every day
  • Continually ask why, think outside the box and be open to challenge and change


  •  Minimum 2-3 Years experience in technical design, pattern making or related product development field
  • Immense attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of fit, patterns and basic construction
  • No job too big, No job too small
  • Experience in 3D apparel program such as Browzwear VStitcher or Clo a plus
  • Accepting of constructive criticism and willingness to learn
  • High level of professionalism and ability to work both in teams and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage deadlines
