Our vertical integration, combined with our lean manufacturing capability, allows us to respond quickly to market demands, handle direct-to-store and replenishment programs, and offer unique flexibility to our customers.  

Daily tasks including but not limited to:

  • CSI Color Solutions
  • Initiate style number request for programs
  • Create/revise Technical Sheets for all programs, including Dot Com – Add sketch, fabrication, trimmings and colorways
  • Update CADs & TECHs when customer plm/style numbers & trims approval received
  • Forward all new/revised Techs and CADs to PLM Coordinator to be saved to internal and costumers PLM systems
  • Archiving – maintenance and organization of CADs & Techs (as needed) for sales and designs
  • Create Dot Com and Brick and Mortar CADs through development milestones
  • Prepare sample requests and follow up with factories
  • Keep sample request chart up to date
  • Collaborate with Pitch Sheet creations for Toddler Girls’ Undergarment program
  • Create Copyright formats for Dot Com and applicable programs
  • Work comp reports for roadshow presentations
  • Request DXF files needed for Vstitcher
  • Create all 3D’s for departments 24, 26 & 36 (thermals)
  • Modify DXF files (for presentation and time saving purposes)
  • Assist other departments in 3D support
  • Order Color Stds/QTX Files based on order standard form received from designers for Divisions
  • Columbia (Pantone)
  • Archroma
  • Keep track of all orders and QTX files – give requestors ETA updates
  • Receive physical standards for factories and ship as needed
  • Archive QTX files on One Drive
  • Receive and forward all color standard purchase invoices for AMEX billing
  • Package, shipping & receiving
  • Miscellaneous clerical work

The ideal candidate will possess:

    • BF in Fashion Design or Related Field from a recognized institution.
    • 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry (working on children’s apparel would be considered a plus but not mandatory).
    • Understanding of garment construction and fabrications
    • Understanding of mass-market and aspirational brands
    • Computer Savvy (Adobe + Office Suite)
    • Excellent attention to details and organizational skills
    • 3D Software and PLM systems would be considered a plus but not mandatory
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) would be considered a plus but not mandatory.
