As our Product Capabilities Digital Lead, you’ll be a key player supporting Nike’s strategic initiative to scale Digital Product Creation within the product creation process. You will utilize your advanced Digital Product Creation knowledge, related to 3D virtual prototyping, to provide leadership and support to our product creation community. You’ll provide technical recommendations and support to the Technical Design and Product Development teams within the Product Creation Centers. You will also engage with external factory partners to support Nike’s Digital Development Standards. You’ll evaluate factory partner virtual prototype execution and solve process challenges to meet Nike’s product, performance and business goals. This role will ensure standards execution: creation, maintenance, implementation, training and governance.

The Team

You will be part of the SVC Digitalization Team, which is leading the digital transformation of product and sourcing processes for Tommy Hilfiger Global and Calvin Klein Europe.

You will drive digital product creation and translate the vision into clear deliverables.

The Position 

We are looking for a specialist who brings great passion and experience in the field of 3D digital transformation in fashion apparel. In this role you are responsible for managing the divisional 3D workflow and will play a critical role supporting end to end Digital Product Creation. You will be working directly with our designers, developers, fit techs and merchandisers supporting them in their 3D journey. You know the product creative teams best, understand their needs and streamline the process with your 3D and apparel knowledge. As a 3D lead you will drive the company to the forefront of Digital Product Creation in the industry and help fuel growth for PVH.

This role reports into the SVC Digitalization VP to create a unified cross functional 3D team environment. The Senior Director Digital Product Creation is an important contributor to the cross-functional digital product team by representing the divisions.

The Team
The Tommy Jeans division is one of the main business drivers within Tommy Hilfiger Europe. Based in the Amsterdam European HQ, the team is split into 4 sub teams: Design, Product Development, Supply Value Chain, Buying & Planning and Merchandising & Sales

These 4 teams work together in an informal setting to create superbly styled and high-end quality products for the European consumer base. Tommy Jeans presents 4 collections per year (Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter).

The Position
As a Senior Denim Product Developer working in the Tommy Jeans Division, you will be part of the Denim team developing seasonal collections for the European and International Markets for the Tommy Jeans division. You will work closely with the Denim Designers, Wash developers from the development team, Raw Material team and the merchandise team of the divisions for the planning and development of each seasonal collection.

This role is available in Hong Kong, Shanghai or Bangladesh.


We are looking for a creative 3D Apparel Product Developer responsible for managing the product development and execution of 3D technologies from conception to launch. The person will engineer fashion trends and business opportunities under the product lifecycle to develop the women’s and men’s apparel line collections.

The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. This role helps develop, analyze, optimize and document business processes across PVH enterprise. Will contribute to process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise.

As a Senior Manager Mass Production in China Studio A your task is to manage and deliver mid-scale and large-scale digital projects, the production of high-quality 2D imagery, 3D and moving content and realtime usage for several visualization processes or pipelines for marketing and sales purposes. Your objective is to conduct the projects within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on consumers’ expectations and requirements. Planning, executing and tracking projects in cooperation with the respective functions and project team members are a few examples of what is expected from this role. Additionally, you will be focusing on resource management, vendor management and coordination activities, acting as the central interface to project stakeholders. Ensure commercial readiness of products across all sales channels for the customization.
