The Position
As a Woven Designer working in the Womenswear Division, you will be part of the Design team creating and executing seasonal collections for the product category “Constructed/Casual wovens. Focusing on jackets, bottoms, suiting, constructed dresses and casual woven product. You will work closely with the wovens design team, the developers from the development team, the merchandise team, and the  Snr Design Manager and Design Director for the planning and development of each seasonal collection. You will also design and execute seasonal range plans for review by the Design Director and Creative Director.

This new role will help build and guide a team of digital artists in a fast paced, results-driven environment. You will work closely with the Denim Designers, Wash developers from the development team, Raw Material team and the merchandise team of the divisions for the planning and development of each seasonal collection.

The Team

The Technical Development Team is a dynamic product creation team working to devlop product from Concept through to production supporting all product catagories throughout the Calvin Klein EU collection – CK Sportswear, CK Jeans & CK Jeans Kids . We work in a concise workflow through technical development, pattern making, vendor collaboration & with a digital mindset in 3D product creation. We collaborate on a daily basis with Design, PD & Merchandising to ensure that the product and market needs are met for our consumer. We work across all product categories, with respect to specialst needs of each product type. The Business Process Management (BPM) organization contributes to PVH’s transformation through global adoption of new and enduring business capabilities. The team serves as subject matter experts, guiding and supporting business units/regions on integrated strategies/roadmaps, business process design, development of capabilities and systems, performance metrics, transformation enablement & adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Business Process Analyst – Product Creation & Digital Go To Market helps enable and drive business strategies through process improvement by focusing on business process analysis for 3D product design and development, product lifecycle management, visual assortment and digital selling capabilities. This role helps develop, analyze, optimize and document business processes across PVH enterprise. Will contribute to process optimization, support analysis of current and future state processes through modeling using BPM techniques, and help define and optimize how relevant business information flows throughout the enterprise.
