The program was delivered in two phases, each building critical skills for the future of fashion:
Over 72 hours of digital learning laid the foundation for industry-ready expertise. Students completed Browzwear’s 101, 201, and 301 online courses, gaining proficiency in digital garment creation while exploring interdisciplinary topics across five key pillars:
Green Sustainability (ESG)
Information Security
Digital Applications
Technology Management
Smart Textiles
An eight-day, 30-hour workshop titled Digital Fashion Talent Training Workshop: AI-Enhanced Textile Design × 3D Physical Integration. Students worked in teams to apply their skills in:
AI-generated textile print design
3D garment simulation using Browzwear’s VStitcher
Sustainable fashion proposal development
Industry visits and insights
Physical garment production

Strong industry support made this workshop possible. Chuclothesday Co., Ltd. provided premium denim fabric for physical garment production, while Browzwear contributed three-year VStitcher software licenses and updates, enabling students to gain hands-on experience with professional-grade digital patternmaking and simulation.
Students began by deconstructing denim jeans, identifying usable fabric sections, and importing these into the simulation environment. In VStitcher, they created 3D garment patterns, refined design details, and prepared digital prototypes. These were then brought to life as physical garments, demonstrating a seamless digital-to-physical workflow that mirrors real-world industry practices.
With strong support from Browzwear, students overcame an initial learning curve with the VStitcher interface. Early on, they were adapting to fine-tuning design lines and achieving realistic material simulations. With guidance and practice, they quickly became proficient in complex design tasks, from creating precise curves to optimizing pattern layouts.

The outcomes presented at the "AI Empowerment & Physical-Digital Integrations - Digital Fashion Talent Development Results" event reflected technical mastery and a strong commitment to sustainability and creativity. By blending AI-driven design, virtual twin simulation, and sustainable garment production, these young designers demonstrated the skills and mindset needed to thrive in the evolving fashion landscape.
“This program proves that when academia and industry work hand-in-hand, we can equip the next generation with the tools, creativity, and resilience to lead fashion into a sustainable, tech-driven future.”
