Oasis Garment Company, established in 2003 and based in Vietnam, is a trusted clothing manufacturer specializing in jackets and coats for leading global brands. In a remarkably short time, Oasis has earned recognition for meeting international standards, solidifying its position as a reliable partner in the fashion industry.
"Our motto is simple: we make quality jackets. At Oasis, we’re a manufacturing hub where new ideas are tested, refined, and brought to life," says Ibrahim Ozsoy, the founder and CEO of Oasis.
Oasis goes beyond production by offering design development and research services, ensuring added value for their buyers. A proud partner of Browzwear since 2020, Oasis continues to push the boundaries of innovation in apparel manufacturing.
"The main driver behind our decision to adopt Browzwear's technology was to stay relevant and avoid redundancy. We found that VStitcher has a clear advantage over other software. It allowed us to compare, check, and modify pattern pieces without having to switch back and forth between different CAD tools." - says Ibrahim.
For Oasis, automating repetitive tasks was essential to maintaining quality and efficiency. As a factory, they needed features that could compare digital garments with how they’d look and perform in real-world manufacturing. This alignment between virtual and physical processes was key to ensuring precision and smooth workflows.
With hands-on training from the Browzwear support team, Oasis was able to fully integrate the software, reducing time spent on manual tasks and focusing their energy on delivering high-quality products.
"We took the adoption of the new software seriously, and we have seen the results in a short time." - says Ibrahim.
Integrating Browzwear has transformed Oasis's product development process. It helped them evolve abstract ideas into tangible designs quickly, improved accuracy, and made communication between teams and customers much smoother.
“With Browzwear, we are able to see the scope of errors in advance, and we can fix them fast. That provides us faster turnaround time, as well as eco-friendly development."
For Oasis, the main goal of their digital journey was to create true-to-life virtual twins—digital samples that are identical to their physical versions.
To create accurate digital materials, they use Vizoo to scan fabrics and the FAB (Fabric Analyzer) to capture the fabric’s physical properties. This ensures that their digital samples not only look accurate but also fit and perform just like the real garments.
With the precision and realism of Browzwear's platform, Oasis can quickly make adjustments, validate them in real time, and collaborate effectively as a team. This streamlined process helps the manufacturer save valuable time and resources.
“We replaced the first prototype with a digital sample, saving 25% in quantity. The reduction of mockup experimentation samples during the development stage, in our case, is about 33%.”
As a garment manufacturer, Oasis has significantly improved the efficiency of its development process. By leveraging digital tools and virtual sampling, they’ve eliminated many of the time-consuming steps traditionally involved in product development. This streamlined approach helps Oasis cut down on back-and-forth iterations and move faster from concept to production.
The ability to shorten development timelines has not only helped them respond more quickly to market demands but has also provided substantial savings in terms of resources, labor, and materials. For Oasis, this transformation means they can focus more on innovation and delivering high-quality garments, reinforcing their reputation as a reliable and forward-thinking manufacturing partner.
“Browzwear helps us shorten the development process, saving us nearly a month or more, which translates to savings of 20% or more.”
Today, supply chains are run on digital platforms, and factories need digital capabilities to stay connected with their customers. Without these tools, manufacturers risk falling behind as their partners adopt new technologies that boost creativity and productivity.
Adopting digital product development technologies gives factories the chance to enhance their operations, stay relevant in the market, and even reduce emissions. To make this work, it’s important to take a team approach, involving all parts of the factory in the process.
“Personally, living in an era of advanced technology in Asia, I don’t want to be left behind when all my partners in the industry are reaching new heights of creativity and productivity.”
Management also needs to see digital transformation as a long-term investment, not just something that delivers quick wins. Beyond tools, according to Oasis, it’s crucial to invest in fabric and trim digitization to create a fully digital workflow.
"We all agree that digital transformation is here to stay. My advice is - that garment manufacturers should adapt. The sooner they start, the better for them." - says Ibrahim Ozsoy, the founder and CEO of Oasis.
