About JiangSu Zhuri Textile Group

Time has become the ultimate currency in today's fashion industry, where responsiveness determines survival. Each delay jeopardizes a missed market opportunity, and every improvement in efficiency generates a strategic moat for the company’s competitiveness.

With its forward-looking strategy, Jiangsu Zhuri Textile is entering into the next millennium, and has transformed every textile trade participant's world record—with its advanced methods and innovative ideas for modern trading. It now has been turning the industry into one of higher intelligence and more sustainability, embedding digital technologies deeper within its operations. The process of change in our fashion industry is a sign that from the inside out, the fashion value chain is being completely transformed itself, not just a little.

That story began in 2003 when Jiangyin Jiaxiang Trading of textile trades was started. With competition stepping up into established markets, it became clear to the community traditional techniques could no longer cope with new needs. In 2022, the group entered a strategic partnership with Browzwear, using its platform as the vehicle to start this new stage of digital transformation.

David Wang, CEO of Zhuri Textile:

“We’ve long outgrown the role of a traditional trader. By integrating the entire value chain, from creative design to final delivery, we’re creating innovative, competitive solutions for our clients.”

Today, Zhuri Textile creates 100 to 150 virtual garment prototypes a month for brands. With Browzwear, the company has reduced design cycles by 40% and sampling costs by 25%

Virtual Fitting: Redefining the Apparel Development Process

In its traditional process of building a physical sample garment, the number of drafts and fittings is substantial and labor intensive. Zhuri Textile Group offers virtual mannequins from VStitcher, which have more than 100 adjustable measurement points and 20 poses to mimic how garments will fit various body types.

David Wang, CEO of Zhuri Textile:

“Buyers can now see how garments drape on a virtual model in real-time,' explained a company representative. 'They can rotate the view 360 degrees to observe fabric flow and light effects—almost identical to evaluating a physical sample.”

This method has cut down on the number of physical samples by 40% and enabled design reviews to be delivered weeks, even months, ahead of regular schedules.

Virtual Twins: Precision from Fabric to Final Garment

In addition to design, Zhuri Textile expanded its digitalization strategy to the supply chain via its proprietary tool "Tianxia Bucang" (Global Fabric Hub), enabling real-time material data sharing in the organization.

Head of supply chain:

“With this system, we can precisely control fabric usage and have cut excess inventory by 50%.”

During development, clients can also adjust pattern sizes and placement on virtual samples remotely. On the other hand, this collaborative model decreases the cost of communications and on average, saves 15% on fabric per style.

As one designer noted:

“In the past, we had to mail samples back and forth. Now, most modifications can be completed online—an efficiency gain you can see instantly.”

Industry Insights: Digital Transformation as a Strategic Imperative

Product development in digital is being reaped not only for speed as sustainability is a global requirement. It delivers precise control over resources, drastically reduces waste, and opens new pathways for growth. Zhuri Textile demonstrates how the old industries can use craft and technology to tap into new future opportunities.

With more than precise stitching and responsive large-scale movement, the company is revolutionizing the rules of how apparel is made at a scale now. A truth that emerges in an industry that is constantly changing is this: the companies that will move digital transformation forward today will be the leaders of tomorrow.
