To design the perfect puffer jacket, paying attention to each detail that goes into the construction is essential. By leveraging the fabric physics to adjust the firmness and thickness of the fabric, you can replicate puffy insulated fabrics to create true-to-life insulated 3D garments. The puffy physics automatically creates a second layer of the insulated fabric; however, you can add an extra layer of lining and intricate details to the garment, such as inner pockets.
Tip #3: Simplifying with Smart Zippers
Applying zippers to a garment may seem like a complex task, but it can be simplified using the Smart Zipper tool in VStitcher. The zipper can be applied manually or automatically. When manually working with the smart-zipper tool, you can apply zippers to even the most complex of garments, without being limited to simple constructions such as jackets. When applying the zipper using the automatic function. Zippers can be added rapidly as a single smart object with default parts.
